Senior AI Voice Engineer

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years experience in audio/voice engineering, real-time systems, or telecommunications
• Strong programming skills in Python, NodeJS, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with audio processing, DSP, or speech recognition systems
• Understanding of networking protocols and low-latency system design
• Experience with finetuning AI/ML models, particularly LLMs or text-to-speech (TTS) models
• Passion for building mission critical production systems that are performant at scale

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, or other telephony protocols
• Background in distributed systems or cloud infrastructure
• Previous experience in a startup environment
