About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Lead to join our Sydney-based team and help shape the future of AI-powered voice communications in Australia. You'll work directly our CEO to design and implement the go-to-market strategy and systems that will accelerate our growth into existing and new markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop a repeatable system to target, engage and close enterprise accounts
- Deeply understand the core attributes of voice agents and work with clients to understand and embed these systems into their operational workflows
- Build and nurture relationships with key partners and clients
- Grow a sales and customer success team as we grow and scale
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years experience in marketing, sales, in a technology or telecommunications environment
- Experience with client management and demonstrated results in delivering growth strategies
- Understanding of the Australian market and pre-existing relationships with key accounts
- Passion for building repeatable systems that are performant at scale
Nice to Have
- Cursory knowledge of AI agents, agentic workflows, systems security and architecture
- Previous experience in a startup environment and/or call centre operations
- Programming skills or background in AI
